Step 1 — Activate Your Clinic Panel (about 15 minutes)

We create and activate your clinic panel within 15 minutes.
After activation, your clinic can immediately start adding:

• visibility rules (show/hide in search)
• online booking (on/off)

Step 2 — Configure Schedule & Smart Discounts

In your admin panel, you set: • working hours

• staff availability
• blocked/closed slots
• manual “taken by phone” slots
Discounts automatically appear to patients as green badges in search.
Verified Bookings: SMS-OTP Required
Every booking goes through a mandatory verification step:
1. Patient enters phone number
2. Receives SMS-OTP
3. Enters OTP inside the app
4. Only then the booking becomes confirmed
Unconfirmed bookings are not sent to clinics.
This eliminates fake appointments and drastically reduces no-shows.
Real-Time Clinic Alerts
Clinics receive immediate notifications:

• booking cancellation
Delivered via:

Each alert includes:
• service
• date & time
• verified phone number

Step 3 — Receive Verified Bookings

When a booking is made and OTP-verified:
